Along with that, do push ups, leg raises, squats, and calf raises. If you're the planning type, figure out a split which you think will suit you. But honestly, it doesn't matter if you're just starting out. Being a studycel is not an excuse to be skinnyfat. Trust me, getting fit is not as hard as a lot of people make it to be. It is difficult, but if you're willing to put in 1 hour a day for 5 days a week for even 6 months, you'll start seeing great results.
