very difficult unless you gonna do trekking/hiking (climbing a hill at an angle>>> walking on a dreadmill) Just a really high/moderate intensity cardio for longer periods of time. Even if you cycle yourself on a hill it counts because Your body does more work carrying your body at an angle. walking is steady state cardio, you can talk to someone on the phone and burn calories without killing yourself the next day (affecting recovery). I got fair in 6 months, I was very dark skinned and acne filled. Best thing you can do is consult an dermatologist near you, it takes only 500-800rs for consultant. Then tell her you want to be fair, they’ll prescribe you morning and night face routine. Keep applying those for 2-4months and you’ll see tremendous changes. All the best

My sleep is fucked. I only get a incomplete low quality sleep due to Anxiety. I wake up having headaches and shit. Used to be prescribed DD Pramin for sleep and it worked like a charm but for reasons I can't buy them anymore.

Any dietary or health advice that might fix this.

Anyhow, glad to know that anon :) being fit, eating good, regular exercise/lifting weights, breathing thru nose, maintaining good body and tongue posture, proper rest (ur body repairs the muscles, brain all systems at night)
All these small thing add up huge in coming 2-5 years :)
Many leave the path because it's looks too damn difficult because they have unrealistic expectation (blame it on genetics v common)
or just do go all out once, rest for a week and eventually forget about it.

Background. Skinnyfat 28 year old joined the gym some 2 months back didn't follow any proper routine for a 1.5 months due to bad advice from the gym owner but now for the past 20 days I have been following this routine.


My main issues are with the form and assistance exercises.

Now with regards to form. The biggest issues are deadlift and Bench press.


OK the issue for me with my deadlift is that my back hyperextends when I try to push my chest forward to engage my lats. Like pic related.

Although I just had an epiphany after watching a lot of videos again that since I am using low weights the bar is too low so I have to hunch over too much to grab the bar and hence my back hyperextending when I try to push my chest forward.

Is it okay if I put some plates under the weights to elevate it a little? Any other suggestions for feeling lats during deadlift?

Bench press

Can't keep my shoulder pinned to the bench like what a lot of videos suggest. I lose tightness when I push the bar up.


Here I want to do low bar squats but for some reason I can't​ get the bar that far behind my back. I get sharp pains on my biceps/triceps when I force it. I think this due to a lack of shoulder mobility? What should I do?

Main lifts and assistance exercises:

Workout A

3×5+ Barbell Rows
3×5+ Bench Press
3×5+ Squats

Tricep Pushdown

Captains chair

Weighted reverse lunges.

I want to know two things.

1) Do I have too much assistance exercises? Do you recommend adding or dropping anything?

2) How many sets/reps should I allocate each exercise?

Keep in mind I can't do Chin ups/pull ups yet so assistance exercises that help with that are useful.

Any advice would be helpful.

uh try googling trap raises or trap shrugs, there are lots of different variants of this to work the traps in different ways, any one of them will do. I think dumbbell trap shrugs will probably get you the simplest result

what kind do you have? if you have a good nonstick surface you can pretty much make whatever you want
roast vegetables on it
cook eggs. lightly oil, crack an egg, and wait like 5 minutes until it's done.
grilled cheese sandwiches, melts, and wraps. these are probably easiest. just place some shit in between bread or wrap it up in a tortilla and grill it.
don't forget to use foil. anything that can't be easily placed on the grill can just be wrapped in foil and then placed on the grill.
for example cut up potatoes, peppers, onions, cauliflower, and paneer into big chunks. oil and season them well (use your hands or place everything in a plastic bag and shake it). dump everything into a large piece of foil, wrap it all up, and place it on the grill for like 20 minutes or something depending on what settings you have.
